HQBW is a marketing site for digital editions of the book HQBW by M. D. Vorn. This site does not store card numbers or full payment credentials.

What we collect

• Notify-me form: name, email, and the language you want us to use when we write to you. Stored in a Cloudflare D1 database so we can email you when the book is available.
• English ebook, audiobook, and bundle: Stripe collects the email and payment details. Before the files download, this site asks Stripe whether that checkout was paid. We do not keep a copy of the card. The files sit in a private Cloudflare store, not on the public site.
• When reviews are open: display name, rating, review text, the email used at checkout, and a Stripe receipt. Email and receipt are used only to confirm the purchase and are not published.
• Basic server or CDN logs that a host may keep (IP, user agent, pages requested).
• No advertising trackers are built into this static site by default (aside from optional site analytics configured by the operator).

How it is used

Notify-list emails, purchase fulfillment when sales are open, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Stripe’s privacy policy governs ebook checkout. To be removed from the notify list, email vorn@hqbw.com.
